The Department of Economics is participating in the "Company Program", an educational program operated by the "Junior Achievement" organization. As part of the program, 3rd year economics students serve as mentors for groups of high-school students from Haifa and Northern Israel who experience setting up their own business. Our students take part in the entire process, from concept to reality. The program enables our students to contribute from the knowledge and skills they have acquired during the first two years of economics studies, and to participate in a meaningful process in which teenagers are exposed to the business world and acquire a variety of personal and interpersonal skills and abilities.
